"My life as I once knew it would never be the same again!”

At 27 Sophie Morell had already achieved much in her life.
She volunteered her time and experience towards not-for-profit organizations, worked for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and was strategic business development consultant for Australian companies focused on the Middle Eastern markets. Her career and life were truly extraordinary for someone
so young.

Then Sophie was diagnosed
with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) resulting in
an intensive chemotherapy program. The chemotherapy
was unsuccessful and she was told she had 12 months to live. Her courage, focus, determination and sense of humour carried her through the most terrifying time in her life.

The unique techniques that Sophie implemented during those dark times, are now the same techniques she uses
to rebuild her life. The same techniques she will use to change yours.

Today Sophie Morell is a successful motivational and after-dinner speaker, as well
as a World Transplant Athlete. Her natural charm, professionalism and glamour
will take you on a journey of hope, sorrow, laughter, tears
and most importantly courage.

“Sheer determination” is the primary reason why Sophie survived cancer and her bone marrow transplant. It was in
the face of danger that Sophie became triumphant while dealing with her greatest challenge.

Sophie has a wealth of knowledge and experience,
that when shared, can only be described as “truly extraordinary and beautiful”.

Sophie’s story celebrates the power of human spirit. She has been victorious battling cancer and still maintains her natural charm and optimism. Without her tenacity and single-minded focus on recovery and survival, we would not be able to share her wonderful story.

Sophie is always full of never-ending energy and her thirst for life is truly inspirational. Add a quick-witted sense of humour with a dash of glamour and you will never look at life the same way again.

Sophie will take you on a
journey through tears of joy
and laughter in sorrow. She is truly one of today’s leading inspirational speakers with
wide audience appeal.

Her personal and candid approach allows her to connect with audiences. Sophie’s stories will inspire you in ways you never thought possible.

She will not only inspire you to make changes in your life, she will also teach you the values
of support, friendship and love. She will motivate you to set
and achieve goals.

Sophie has an ability to speak
to the hearts of everyone, as if she is speaking only with you. She is a truly amazing and graceful lady.

In July 2005, Sophie along with 2,000 other organ transplant athletes competed in the XV World Transplant Games in London Canada.

Competing for the first time, Sophie set the world record in the Women’s Single Sculls in Rowing and recorded one of the top 3 times for the whole regatta for both men and women. This amazing woman bought home a tally of 6 medals in Rowing and Swimming (5 Gold and 1 Silver), breaking the World Record in the 100m Backstroke and setting the Rowing World Record.

Sophie is proof of what determination, focus, life
and love is all about.
